Our Scout Headquarters

Our Scout Headquarters is located on 'Kiln Lane' behind 'The Fleur De Lis' pub and restaurant in the village of Leigh, Kent, this is where all the sections meet throughout the week.  We are currently in discussions with several companies and charities in order to update our facilities and bring them back up to the 21st century. 

If you have any expertise, resources and/or ability in which can help us achieve our goal of updating our facilities, please do get in touch! - The scouts in Leigh, and across the world wouldn't be able to operate without the generous volunteers that help by dedicating their time, energy and money to this vital movement for the young people of our local community.

We have a spacious entrance hall and cloak room, two toilets, kitchen with kettle, microwave, oven and hob along with a hot water boiler and a service hatch into the main hall.  We also have a large whiteboard and plenty of tables and chairs for your use.  We have heaters for the cold winter days and fans for the hot summer ones, along with new LED celling lights throughout the whole building so that at night it's really bright and airy. Two fire exits in addition to the main door are located in the hut for your safety. 

 

The fire assembly point is located in the car park of the 'Flur De Lis' Pub, at the other end of the lane.
